Krisztina Confectionery was opened in 1984 by László Zila master confectioner. In that time, it was next to an open-door pool. Since 2002 the Confectionery is part of Zila Coffee House and Restaurant, functioning in the renovated historic building of the former pool's main building.
Among our cakes you can find the traditional ones can be found as well as the special cakes. Desserts, pies, strundels, sweet and salty bicuits are other examples.

Zila Coffee House – Krisztina Confectioner's and Restaurant is open since 2003 and after a short period of two years, we won the first prize on the Competition of Coffee Houses of Budapest.
Inside the building on the right side separated tables with leather coaches can be found. This area is separated and open at the same time, and is a favourite meeting place of friends, businessmen and colleagues.
The other side gives the confectioner's atmosphere; there are small round marble tables. Guests may enjoy their cakes and pastries there, often chatting for hours over the sweets.
The restaurant in the Winter garden was opened in 2004. Its elegance, glass roof and natural light give a unique atmosphere both in winter and summer.
Our menu contains the best of the Hungarian cuisine and samples from international cuisine as well. We have seasonal offers not only for our regular guests but for those who favour specialities. We have a selection of the finest Hungarian wines for our meals.
From spring till fall our terrace is open with 120 seats under the huge trees. In the evenings our open-air grill kitchen enables our guests to smell and watch the meals they have chosen.
